This is a generous wine ready to be drunk. The aroma is geconcentrated, with aromas of ripe red fruits, hints of violets and "esteva" (a local Portuguese resinous shrub). On the palate, it has a good structure with ripe round tannins and a persistent finish. 80% of the grapes come from vineyards
